Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward. The successful candidate will have expertise in compensation and benefits, with a focus on driving the implementation of the UK and ROI strategy.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to compensation and benefits. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines. Other responsibilities will include:
• Serving as the subject matter expert for all reward-related matters
• Enhancing current reward systems
• Managing salary review processes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience as a Reward Manager with exposure to compensation and benefits
• Experience with structured salary reviews
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Towers Watson
• Knowledge of job evaluation and market analysis
