Job Summary
This role requires an experienced compensation professional with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in salary survey data management. The ideal candidate will have a background in compensation within professional services, preferably in the legal sector. Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage salary survey data and conduct analysis and benchmarking
- Play a key role in the annual salary review
- Oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting
Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service focus. A strong understanding of compensation trends in the legal industry is also necessary.
