We are currently working with our client, a luxury retail brand, who are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join their People & Organisation team. This role plays a vital part in the effective management and alignment of our compensation and benefits programs with both company objectives and industry benchmarks.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of benefits administration, compensation frameworks, and data analysis. They will be responsible for assisting with essential Compensation and Benefits processes, including pay reviews, bonuses, job grading, and salary benchmarking.

Candidates should have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting with Compensation and Benefits process
  2. Manage end-to-end benefits administration
  3. Pay and bonus reviews
  4. Job grading
  5. Salary benchmarking

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary along with some great benefits, including discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance, and retail discounts.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
