About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equitable, competitive, and financially sustainable compensation structures and benefits programs across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and educate HRBPs and business leaders on compensation structures and bonus programs
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on pay decisions and job evaluations to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Create effective custom reports and dashboards to assist in making fact-based compensation decisions

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience

This role requires a strong understanding of regional variations in employment practices and legislation. You will also need excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
