Job Description

The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for managing and administering the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day administration of benefits and compensation programs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and managing data corrections.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs (i.e., onboarding and off-boarding employees), including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data related to compensation, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition programs.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit payments, deductions, and contributions are processed timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for data and pay inputs that will feed into Payroll and other downstream systems (internal and external). To include data corrections.
