Compensation and Benefits Manager

The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for managing and administering the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day administration of benefits and compensation programs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and managing data corrections.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs (i.e., onboarding and off-boarding employees), including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data related to compensation, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition programs.
- Collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit payments, deductions, and contributions are processed timely and accurately.
- Responsible for data and pay inputs that will feed into Payroll and other downstream systems (internal and external). To include data corrections.
