A dynamic and established wealth management firm is seeking a Compensations and Benefits Manager to join their HR team on a 6-month contract. Based in London, this role will involve supporting the Head of Reward in designing and implementing our reward and benefits strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of our reward and benefits strategy
  • Conducting market analysis to inform compensation decisions
  • Providing expert advice on reward and benefits matters to senior stakeholders

The salary for this role is £75,000 per annum, with additional benefits including hybrid working and professional development opportunities.
