We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst Group. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to drive and coordinate C&B processes such as the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction, and implementation. This includes contributing to the design and improvement of C&B policies, co-designing and developing different schemes of short-term and long-term incentives, and partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation & benefits related issues.

Additionally, you will participate in C&B related surveys, conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis, and contribute to the benefit design programs to maintain market competitiveness while aligning with company culture and C&B philosophies. Your strong analytical skills and ability to translate conceptual knowledge into practical solutions will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage regional/global C&B programs and processes.
  • Drive and coordinate C&B processes such as the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction, and implementation.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of C&B policies.
  • Co-design and develop different schemes of short-term and long-term incentives.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation & benefits related issues.
  • Participate in C&B related surveys.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Contribute to the benefit design programs to maintain market competitiveness while aligning with company culture and C&B philosophies.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment.
  • Robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions, especially in EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data.
  • Language skill particularly advantageous (Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, European languages where we have entities).
