- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- HR Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain efficient HR systems and processes to support business operations.
- CIPD Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years in human resources
