Main Responsibilities:

  2. Employee Engagement: Design and deliver programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
  3. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  4. HR Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain efficient HR systems and processes to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years in human resources
