Compensation and Benefits Strategist

About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing and leading the compensation and benefits strategy for the company.
You will define competitive benefits, manage rising costs, and plan all aspects of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary range based on experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in setting compensation and benefits strategy.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all compensation and benefits are market competitive, aligned with business goals, and in compliance with company policies and evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the compensation and benefits strategy for the company.
- Define competitive benefits and manage rising costs.
- Plan all aspects of employee benefits.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits are market competitive and aligned with business goals.
- Lead the development and execution of communications and change management plans related to Total Reward.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide leadership to team members and actively participate in performance management and development process.
