Reward and Benefits Specialist

Annapurna is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join its global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to lead process improvement, present complex data to senior-level stakeholders, and align people-related projects with Reward within the firm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Reward Manager on various global compensation activities, including delivering the firm's reward strategy and leading specialist reward and benefits projects.

They will also oversee several reward projects, annual review cycles, and pay gap reporting.

The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the firm's reward strategy and lead specialist reward and benefits projects
  • Oversee multiple reward projects, annual review cycles, and pay gap reporting
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Compensation and Reward, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes
  • Proven track record of presenting complex data to senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
