Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rewards and Benefits Specialist Lead to join our team. As part of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our global reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and attracts top talent.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reward strategies that drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage projects related to reward initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Regional Reward and HR teams to integrate rewards globally, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Harmonize benefits and policies across markets and regions, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Reward Manager with expertise in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing consultants and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Senior Business and HR Leaders in a matrixed environment.
