We're seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Transformation Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our People function, you will develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the growth of our organisation. Your expertise will ensure our remuneration approach is inclusive, fair, and aligned with our commitment to equality.

You will lead the total reward, wellbeing, and pensions agenda, driving transformation and change across the compensation and benefits landscape. With your proven experience in senior reward roles, you will provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices, advising our People Director, People team, and other senior stakeholders on matters related to reward, including annual salary reviews and bonus planning processes.
