Total Rewards Specialist Job Description

  • Permanent employment contract
  • Salary ranging from £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, including car allowance and bonus potential

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Reward Analysts and Senior Reward Analysts looking to transition into leadership roles within organisations. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to design and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Devise and implement effective total rewards plans to boost employee engagement and retention rates
  2. Research and interpret compensation trends and data to guarantee market competitiveness
  3. Maintain accurate records of remuneration packages, including salaries, allowances, and bonuses
  4. Advise management on matters relating to compensation and benefits

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • At least two years of experience in a Reward Analyst or comparable position
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
