The Senior Reward Business Partner will lead the development of tailored reward solutions, leveraging their expertise to drive business performance and meet organisational objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, HR, and Finance teams to design and implement effective reward strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to inform decision-making around total compensation packages.
- Design and manage innovative incentive schemes to drive business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to conduct market research and benchmarking analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing Financial Services and Professional Services.
