About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to join our team at Open Health Group. This role is responsible for managing global benefits programs, including ownership of the open enrolment process in the US and detailed reporting.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global benefits, specifically US benefits management, including Healthcare and Retirement plans. Experience with delivering US Open Enrolment, managing renewals, and owning broker and carrier relationships is also required.

This role involves leading the review of benefits provision globally to ensure Open Health remains competitive and that the offerings are well understood and communicated effectively. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing repeatable and/or bespoke reports on HR Data, assisting with annual pay review process and off-cycle increases, and participating in compensation surveys to analyze the competitive market position for each in-country location.

A strong understanding of global legislation affecting benefit and compensation policies is essential to ensure programs are legal and compliant. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and data analysis tools is also required.
