Senior Reward and Benefits Manager
About the Role:A global law firm in London is seeking a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to support the delivery and management of UK employee benefits programmes and reward strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the UK benefit offering, including administration, communication, query resolution, and project work.
- Support the implementation of UK benefits policies, ensuring they reflect the firm's strategic principles and key performance criteria are agreed and monitored.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI through proactive analysis, balancing commercial objectives with employee engagement.
- Ensure policies within the role's remit are tax efficient and compliant organisationally and externally.
- Support queries, admin, and projects relating to pensions and partner benefits as required.
- Undertake broader project work to support the delivery of the HR strategy.
- Experience of effectively working with HR.
The firm offers great 50/50 hybrid working and well-being support and initiatives.
Salary:£65,000 per annum.
