Job Title:

Senior Reward and Benefits Manager

About the Role:

A global law firm in London is seeking a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to support the delivery and management of UK employee benefits programmes and reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the UK benefit offering, including administration, communication, query resolution, and project work.
  • Support the implementation of UK benefits policies, ensuring they reflect the firm's strategic principles and key performance criteria are agreed and monitored.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI through proactive analysis, balancing commercial objectives with employee engagement.
  • Ensure policies within the role's remit are tax efficient and compliant organisationally and externally.
  • Support queries, admin, and projects relating to pensions and partner benefits as required.
  • Undertake broader project work to support the delivery of the HR strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience of effectively working with HR.
