We are seeking a seasoned Benefits and Rewards Leader to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities will include leading global benefits projects, designing and implementing benefit programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with regional benefits managers to ensure compliance with local regulations and provide strategic advice to senior leaders on benefits-related matters.

Key Responsibilities">
  1. Benefits Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on benefits-related matters.
Project Management and Implementation:
  • Lead global benefits projects, including the rollout of new benefit programs and system implementations.
  • Design and implement benefit programs that align with our company's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Vendor Management and Performance:
  • Manage relationships with external benefit providers, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the delivery of benefits education and training to employees.
  • Monitor vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
