About the Job">We are seeking a seasoned Benefits and Rewards Leader to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
Responsibilities will include leading global benefits projects, designing and implementing benefit programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with regional benefits managers to ensure compliance with local regulations and provide strategic advice to senior leaders on benefits-related matters.
