About the Opportunity:

Role Overview

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Reward Equity Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading our reward equity strategy and advising business leaders on policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective reward equity policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services.
  • Design and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of reward equity policies.
  • Maintain expertise on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in reward equity, preferably gained within a corporate or consulting environment. Experience in global mobility, compensation, and taxation is highly valued.
