We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits and Rewards Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs that drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of various compensation options and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with our strategic plan
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management, and Finance
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional work experience with expertise in compensation and commission functions
  • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst/Administrator role
  • Experience within a Compensation/Reward function
  • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills
  • A good appreciation of the behavioral effects of remuneration design
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CPQ tools and their implementation is a plus

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
