Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Job Summary: This role involves developing and implementing reward programs aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reward programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on reward and benefit matters to HR, employees, and Partners.
  • Manage benefit portfolios and provider relationships, drive renewal processes, and support employee queries and communications.
  • Lead the operational delivery of annual pay reviews, providing analytics, survey insights, and end-to-end process support.
  • Coordinate data submissions and oversee salary benchmarking, reviewing ranges and addressing ad hoc requests with market data insights.
  • Refine reward processes for efficiency and client focus, working closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Conduct pay gap analyses, monitor regulatory updates, and ensure reward strategies are compliant and forward-thinking.
  • Drive reward initiatives from concept through delivery with support from the Reward Manager.

Requirements:

  • Reward experience, ideally in a global matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and influencing skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel, HR systems, and MS Office for data analysis and reporting

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum
