Job Title: Compensation Data Analyst

HAIL Partners is a leading Private Equity firm collaborating with esteemed organizations to find top talent for their HR teams. This role will work closely with the Compensation Manager to advance data analytics initiatives.

  • Supporting the delivery of annual compensation reporting, including rewards, salary ranges, incentive frameworks, pension schemes, benefit plans, etc.
  • Collaborating with the Compensation Manager and HR team to conduct market research.
  • Creating reports on HR Data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience in using Workday/HRIS systems, salary benchmarking tools, reporting tools, and advanced Excel usage.
  • Familiarity with wider HR practices.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
