About the Role:
This position requires working with the Head of Reward to conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough compensation analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to provide guidance on job evaluations and pay recommendations.
- Assist in preparing and executing annual compensation reviews and other cyclical reward processes.
- Analyze compensation trends and policies to ensure compliance.
- Develop detailed reporting and analytics to support compensation initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in compensation analysis or a related HR/reward role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks and market benchmarking methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
