Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll runs for UK and European employees.
  • Address employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist with the Compensation Review process.
  • Support IHR team members with payroll-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Extensive UK payroll experience is essential.
  • Experience working with European payrolls is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Workday software is preferred.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
