Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a talented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to help us navigate the complex world of employee rewards and compensation. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for conducting tailored benefits reviews, salary benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international employment norms, benefits administration, and payroll processing. They will also have excellent Excel skills, with the ability to process large datasets with accuracy.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. If you have experience in payroll management, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: £60,000 - £77,000 per annum.
