Job Title: Compensation Analyst Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst Specialist to join our People team at JSS Search. As a key player in our growth journey, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and refining our compensation and benefits strategy.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the People and HR teams to analyze compensation data, manage reward processes, and provide insights to align reward strategies with broader business goals. This role requires a strong background in reward analytics and compensation structures, ideally within the technology sector or a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Perform thorough analysis of market data to benchmark roles and ensure competitive compensation packages within the technology industry.
  • Annual Compensation Review: Lead the annual pay review and bonus cycles, using data and analytical models to advise on salary adjustments, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Reward Strategy Development: Partner with HR and business leaders to shape a sustainable reward strategy that aligns with our long-term goals for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Compliance & Compensation Governance: Ensure reward structures adhere to UK employment laws and industry standards.
  • Benefits Administration & Optimization: Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to oversee benefit programs, conduct cost analyses, and recommend improvements.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the HRIS and other reward-related systems.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, reward benchmarking techniques, and compensation principles.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

 

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus, based on location and experience.
