Reward and Benefits Manager

LMAX Group is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing effective compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs aligned with industry standards.
- Manage and optimize the overall compensation structure to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the People Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation policies support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in reward and compensation management with a focus on benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to manipulate and present complex data clearly.
- Experience working with compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford AON.
- Proficiency in creating executive-level reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work autonomously.
- Average salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CIPD, WorldatWork, or similar certification in compensation management is a plus.
