Reward Manager Opportunity: Join our team as a Reward Manager and play a key role in shaping the company's compensation strategy.
About the JobWe are a global professional services business with a complex matrix structure. We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to lead on compensation activities and key reward projects globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing reward initiatives and managing projects such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Manage reward projects, including global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.
As a Reward Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the company's compensation strategy is aligned with its overall business objectives.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in compensation planning, employee engagement, and benefit administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
