Rewards Manager Leader

We are looking for a Rewards Manager Leader to join our team in London.
About the Role:
- Manage and administer benefit and wellbeing programmes
- Design and implement global benefit strategy with the Global Director
- Propose innovative benefit packages
- Liaise with third party providers
- Line management of two people
- Oversee programme of wellbeing events
- Work with communications to promote programmes
- Budget management for rewards and wellbeing initiatives
- Produce monthly reports on benefits and wellbeing
- Oversee UK and international payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global reward function and understanding/experience of running payroll. Knowledge of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous. Experience in professional or financial services is preferred.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
