Salary

Our competitive salary for this role is £40,000 per year, with opportunities for bonus payments and additional perks.

Job Role

This is a key position within our sales team, responsible for developing and implementing creative ways to approach prospects via phone, video, LinkedIn, tailored emails, and direct mail.

You will be connecting with HR professionals to understand their business challenges and key objectives, and working to develop quality sales-qualified leads to build the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in representing a business in a commercial setting, a proven understanding of applying a multi-step and multi-touch prospecting cadence, and high levels of attention to detail and standards in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing creative and forward-thinking ways to approach prospects
  • Nurturing external relationships to build a strong pipeline of new leads
  • Conducting high-level needs analysis during qualification calls
  • Adapting conversations to discuss Reward Gateway's products
  • Securing meetings with our Sales Consultants
