Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving growth within these sectors. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management within telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of AI, cloud solutions, data analytics, and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Axpe's services (AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing clients.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects align with client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
