Reward and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Compensation Manager. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's reward strategy, leading on key processes and driving business results.
Responsibilities:- Reward Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that drives organisational performance.
- Lead on the annual salary review process ensuring fairness and consistency across the globe.
- You will develop and maintain a robust recognition platform enhancing employee engagement and motivation.
- Maintain strong relationships with HRBPs and People Managers worldwide.
- Support the creation of reward policies and procedures ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Take ownership of job levelling and benchmarking requests ensuring fair compensation practices.
This is a permanent position based in London offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and hybrid working arrangements with 1 to 2 days per week in the office.
