Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in various aspects of human resources, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in monthly payroll processes and benefit administration.">
  • Assist with annual salary and bonus reviews, as well as benefits renewal projects.">
  • Manage HR systems and processes, including user management and set up of self-service.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and respond to ad-hoc queries.">
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications and Experience

- A strong background in HR and payroll, preferably with experience in a legal or professional services environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

- Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
