Job Overview

Career Legal is seeking a skilled Rewards and Benefits Professional to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be involved in a varied role, providing essential support to the firm's legal divisions and the wider HR team.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Reward & Benefits Assistant on employee, partner, and broker queries related to global benefits.
  • Working closely with the Reward & Benefits Manager to deliver analysis and support for annual reward activities.
  • Participating in global salary surveys, assisting with benefit renewals, including proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents.
  • Supporting the global business services and fee earner salary review process, involving salary benchmarking and modeling.
  • Maintaining awareness of market information on current and future reward developments in the legal sector, including legislative changes and legal requirements.
  • Assisting with reward invoicing, reconciling membership listings, and re-charge processes.
  • Contributing to ongoing budget management for the HR department, specifically in relation to rewards.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with benefit consultants and account managers.
  • Collaborating with the HR Data & Systems team.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with previous Reward/Comp experience in a professional services firm, proficient in PC programs and HR systems, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
