About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits and Rewards Manager to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our compensation and benefits initiatives, shaping the total rewards strategy to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Support the annual salary review and discretionary bonus preparation process to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to develop incentive plans and reward programs tailored for each market, enhancing pay and benefits competitiveness.
  • Perform Total Rewards analysis, including salary benchmarking and benefits practices, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare salary and benefits package proposals for new business opportunities and tenders, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ HR and regional offices on HR-related issues, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to drive success.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Total Rewards strategies encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on compensation offers, salary adjustments, promotions, and mobility considerations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Conduct market research to share insights on salary trends, inflation, and competitive practices with senior management, driving informed decision-making.
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer:
