In this exciting role as a Benefits and Rewards Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining benefits packages that meet the unique needs of our employees worldwide. You will work closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to ensure that our benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. A strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
