Reward integration specialist will support EMEA region with critical reward projects, such as M&A and expansions. This role involves all aspects of employee benefits (risk insurance, healthcare, pension, leave) and compensation (base salary, bonuses, stock, commissions).

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support EMEA Reward Lead with business-critical projects.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, understanding trends and distilling insights from various sources.
  • Participate in off-cycle market analysis and job grading for the region.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes impacting reward and ensure compliance with national and local labor laws.
