About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reward and Benefits Director to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that supports the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement global reward structures, including compensation, benefits, and performance incentives.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends and benchmark data to inform compensation decisions.
  4. Liaise with external vendors to negotiate favorable terms for benefits and other rewards.
  5. Manage the annual global salary review process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in reward management or a related field.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
