Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our reward and compensation functions, shaping the future of our organisation's approach to employee recognition and financial rewards.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation, will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our company values and support business objectives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and competitive total rewards package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation programs, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in reward and compensation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in reward and compensation, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
