Join Our Team as a Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Reward. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

With a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits, including annual leave, company holiday, pension, and private healthcare, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and make a real impact in the industry.

About the Role:

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports on progress and challenges
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, needs, and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Proficiency with CRM software
