Sales Growth Expert

We're looking for a Sales Growth Expert to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Amazon New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and enrolling high sales potential Selling Partners on Amazon.
Your primary responsibility will be to build long-term strategic partnerships with Selling Partners, driving mutually beneficial sales growth. You'll work closely with senior external stakeholders, including Directors and above, and enjoy the challenge of building compelling business rationales for launching on Amazon.

**Job Description:**
Responsibilities- Identify high sales potential Selling Partners through resources like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with Selling Partners, driving mutually beneficial sales growth.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
- Strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
