Growth Investments seeks a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to grow their career.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to work with our clients across various sectors. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for booking outbound meetings through direct outreach and cold calls. You will establish genuine relationships with key stakeholders across businesses and externally with our different clients. You will engage with prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from various organisations ranging from Blue Chip to the Public Sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Booking outbound meetings through direct outreach and cold calls
  2. Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally with our different clients
  3. Engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from all sorts of different organisations ranging from Blue Chip to the Public Sector
  4. Lead discovery conversations with prospects on behalf of our clients to unearth challenges and an understanding of digital roadmaps for the coming year

Requirements:

  • 12 months of B2B sales experience
  • Experienced in cold calling and appointment booking
  • Positive, winning attitude (highly driven and self-motivated)
  • Desire to be successful and progress your career

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus OTE up to £60,000.00 per annum. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional growth.
