Job Title: Sales Growth Expert
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: London (hybrid)
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Expert to join our team at Quantium. As a Sales Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the private markets space by developing and executing consistent demand generation strategies, identifying key companies and decision-makers, and nurturing prospects through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute consistent demand generation strategies to generate qualified sales pipeline within target accounts;
- Identify key companies and decision-makers to engage with;
- Lead initial product demonstrations and nurture prospects through the sales process;
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities;
- Support the Sales Manager in configuring product demos, RFP documentation, and client presentations;
- Track customer interactions via Hubspot;
- Opportunities to progress into Sales Engineer or Account Executive roles.
- Intrinsic motivation and desire to succeed in a goal-driven environment;
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a curious mindset;
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage with senior clients;
- Persistent attitude with a can-do approach;
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus;
- Coachability and enthusiasm to learn about enterprise sales, SaaS, and private equity/venture capital;
- Familiarity with finance and accounting concepts is a plus;
- Interest in the financial technology industry;
- Fluency in verbal and written English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus;
