Sales Development Professional

Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company that has been recognised as the FMBE Field Marketing Agency of the Year award three times. We work in partnership with prominent brands and are currently seeking a Category Sales Development Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble.
We are looking for a highly focused individual who will become an expert in the male grooming category, driving sales growth, ensuring availability, educating store staff, and delivering exceptional in-store execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the male grooming category field sales strategy in stores, positively influencing availability by working with in-store colleagues, and ensuring the grooming fixture is compliant with agreed plans.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Gillette in your stores, developing excellent working relationships and conducting business reviews with store managers to review performance and drive sales growth.
You will also use the Field View sales tool app to develop business sales and growth within your call file at category and range level, reviewing and analysing sales performance across your territory to identify key outlets with the greatest opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual who is passionate about the grocery and high-street retail sectors and has a strong understanding of category management.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £29,100 p.a., up to 15% bonus, a company car, and fuel card.
