Sponsorship Sales Professional

A leading provider of conferences, exhibitions, webinars, trade shows, reports, seminars, training courses and international events focused on renewable energy and sustainability sectors is seeking a skilled Sponsorship Sales Professional to join their team in London.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sponsorship revenue across all events, delivering independent research to identify potential sponsors, developing and maintaining a database of existing sponsors, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting/account management through to close, performing key account management, utilizing inbound and marketing generated leads, and attending events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree education, 2+ years sponsorship sales experience, a record of sales achievement, intelligent and articulate communication skills, a structured approach and solid time management, motivation, determination and drive (financially and career advancement), commercial and new business minded thinking, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to consultatively sell. A second language is advantageous.
Benefits:
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £40-50k, uncapped OTE of £60-65k (2nd year 90-110k), a fun, energetic and dynamic working environment, summer parties, office socials, international travel, industry leading commission structure, and work life balance – hybrid working.
