Conference Sponsorship Professional

A mid-sized and extremely fast-growing conference business is looking for a Business Development Executive to sell across a portfolio spanning consumer lifestyle and health, AI and tech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and sell sponsorship opportunities from speaking slots to exhibition space, marketing and advertising, private spin-off events, and sponsored hospitality/breakfast meetings.
- Focus on winning new business, with 70% of time dedicated to sales efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in conference sponsorship, delegate sales, or media sales.
- Conference sponsorship sales experience is desirable.
- Strong new business legacy and ability to exceed targets.
Salary: Competitive package up to £35k basic (neg) plus high uncapped commission (realistic £50k - £55k OTE).
