Sponsorship Sales Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our mid-sized conference organiser as a Sponsorship Sales Manager. We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional with 3+ years of experience in conference sponsorship sales to lead our sponsorship sales department.

You will be responsible for selling conference sponsorship solutions, including thought leadership and speaking opportunities, to senior executives across media, telecoms, and tech sectors. You will work closely with the Event Director to develop strategic relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to bill £600k+ per year. You will be highly articulate, confident, and consultative in your approach, able to take ownership of your client base and work independently.

We offer a competitive salary of around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company, please apply.
