Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional sales performance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maximizing sales revenue by expanding opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintaining detailed communication notes for your customer base
  • Providing accurate information to customers regarding quotes, orders, and queries as required
  • Continuously developing your product and technical knowledge of our products to stay up-to-date within our market
  • Fostering excellent relationships both internally and externally

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of GCSE Maths & English level 5 or above
  • Some experience in an internal sales role is advantageous but not essential
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage your own time efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent and confident communication skills – both verbally and written
  • Ability to identify peak periods and adapt accordingly
  • Capacity to work well under pressure
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and using your own initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
