Reward Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Reward Manager to join our Human Resources team as a Reward Specialist. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in London.
About the Role:
- Manage salary survey data and conduct analysis and benchmarking
- Play a key role in the annual salary review and oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting
- Stay informed on compensation trends in the legal industry and collaborate with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing salary survey data, conducting analysis and benchmarking, playing a key role in the annual salary review, and overseeing diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors).
