Reward Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our total rewards strategy, aligning compensation and benefits with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with experience in designing and implementing reward strategies in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a competitive compensation strategy, incorporating salary benchmarking, pay bands, and incentive structures.
- Lead the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring equity, consistency, and alignment with our financial and strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends, market data, and regulatory changes.
- Incentives & Recognition:
- Design and implement reward and recognition programs that motivate employees, reinforce our values, and enhance our culture.
- Develop short- and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI) aligned with our goals and performance metrics.
Requirements:
A strong educational background and relevant work experience in total rewards, compensation, or a related field are essential. Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: £85,000 + Bonus
