About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Strategic Arts Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing administrative, logistical, and welfare matters of artists, production, and season staff in a creative and ambitious environment.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Managing Artist Welfare: The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of artist welfare, including coordinating with performing company, creative teams, children, chaperones, and production staff.
  2. Line Managing Stage Management Teams: They will line manage and support seasonal stage management teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality performances.
  3. Scheduling and Attending Production Activities: The Strategic Arts Operations Coordinator will schedule and attend production activities, rehearsals, meetings, and coaching sessions, guaranteeing seamless coordination between departments.
  4. Rehearsal and Performance Attendance: They will regularly attend rehearsals and performances to maintain visibility and understanding of the production process.
  5. Supporting Company Events: The successful candidate will assist with company events and activities, showcasing the International Arts Manager's commitment to excellence.
  6. Staff Ticket Requests: They will track and book ticket requests for creative and production staff, demonstrating their attention to detail and organizational skills.


Requirements



  1. Creative/Arts Management Experience: The ideal candidate will possess experience in creative/arts management, coordination, or administrative positions, allowing them to navigate complex artistic projects.
  2. Financial Acumen: They should have experience tracking expenditure or budget management, providing financial insights to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software will enable them to efficiently manage administrative tasks and create engaging reports.
  4. Passion for Live Performance: A genuine interest in live performance and the arts is essential, as this passion will drive the candidate's dedication to delivering exceptional artistic experiences.


What We Offer
